Sundays for All Ages
Our Sunday Morning Church School is a vital part of Family Ministry at the Neighborhood Church and a rich part of our heritage. We aim to teach the Bible as a source of truth and inspiration, focus on helping others and learn creatively and constructively. Led by Myra Ghabrial and a dedicated team of teachers and assistants, our Sunday School is a vibrant place of learning, youth fellowship and joy.
Spark: Activate Faith Curriculum
Teachers in our Sunday School classrooms utilize the Spark: Activate Faith Curriculum. Spark is Comprehensive, Bible-based Sunday school designed for children age 2 to grade 6. Lessons and topics are synced across all grades and divided into five brackets so that learning is age-appropriate and compelling. Lively, age-appropriate activities—such as games, crafts, or creative play—accommodate all the ways kids learn.
Sunday School is held during the 9AM service October thru Memorial Day, and during the 10AM service in the Summer Months.
Kindergarten thru Second Grade classes are held in Dennis Smith Hall, Room 203, and Third thru Fifth Grade classes are held in Dennis Smith Hall, Room 204.
Infant, Toddler and Child Care
Nursery and toddler care is available during the 9AM and 11AM services October thru Memorial Day, and during the 10AM service in the Summer months.
Greeters and ushers will be happy to direct parents to Dennis Smith Hall on Sunday Mornings.
